Healthy Living Program, Vancouver Coastal Health provides health promotion and prevention education programs targeted to adults living in Vancouver who are at risk of chronic diseases. Also works with VCH staff, community leaders and/or agencies to develop initiatives and partnerships that promote healthy behaviour changes in particular around healthy eating, active living and living tobacco free. The Healthy Living Program also provides assistance with planning community-based health screening events for target populations.
